ExactPlus is a cloud based payroll tracking and job scheduling software.
The ExactPlus App has a built in timesheet, that accurately tracks time worked by GPS location. The employee can change job codes throughout the day, at the office, in the truck, at the job site and back at the office for example. These accurate hours are tracked and aggregated in a report that can be provided to the insurance carrier. The insurance carrier can factor Worker’s Compensation and General Liability insurance based off of the actual hours worked in each job code, accurately tracked to the second by job location.
For example, an employee who works on power lines codes differently for Work Comp insurance than an employee at the office. We track all hours/minutes/seconds worked in that job code via the App and the employer can now submit accurate timesheets and Work Comp codes to their insurance carrier, averaging a savings of 15% and higher on their respective GL and Work Comp insurances for each employee.
